Register your Requirements

• Or, phone, email or pop-in to our Lettings office

Viewings

• We'll arrange viewings for you at properties that suit your needs.
• We usually accompany you on viewings so we can get to know your requirements even better.

Choose a property

• You need to supply reference details at this point.
• We'll forward all your information to the landlord.

Tenancy agreement

• We'll draw up an agreement for you and the landlord to sign.

Inventory

• We'll also get you and the landlord to agree on the exact contents and condition of the property.

Rent and deposit

• We'll need to collect an advance rental payment plus a deposit from you.

Completion

• Utilities bills need to be transferred into your name.
• You get the keys!
